摘要 应用4种粘蛋白组化染色,观察了中国食管癌高发区中发生于食管中、上段的54例6种亚型食管原发性腺癌(PFA)以及正常食管腺体、Barrett食管的粘蛋白的性质和含量变化。发现PEA粘蛋白为酸性粘蛋白,绝大多数PEA酸性粘蛋白为唾液酸粘蛋白;正常食管固有腺粘蛋白亦为酸性粘蛋白,但以硫酸粘蛋白为主,而正常食管贲门腺和Barrett食管则主为中性粘蛋白。另外,还观察到食管鳞癌发生粘液样变时,粘蛋白为中性粘蛋白。据认为:①PEA主要起源于食管固有腺导管;③唾液酸性蛋白增多是PEA的组化特点;③唾液酸粘蛋白含量可能与肿瘤生物学行为有关。 54 cases of 6 subtypes primary adenocarcinoma of esophagus(PEA)and no-mal esophagus glands were studied with 4 histochrmical stains for observing the changes ofquantity and quality of mucoproteins in Barrett′s glands of esophagus. It was found that themucoproteins in glands of PEA were acid mucoproteins ,most were sialo-mucoprotein and innormal esophageal glands were also acid mucoproteins ,most were sulphomocoprotein ,but innormal cardiac glands of esophagus and Barrett′s glands were mainly neutral-mucoprotein.Itwas also observed the when esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were mucous change mostmucoproteins were neutral mucoproteins. We think :①most PAS originate from esophagealgland properia.②the increase of sialo-mucoprotein was the special histochemical change ofPAE.③the quantity of sialo-mucoprotein may be correlated with biological behavior of tu-mor.
