消化系恶性肿瘤脾虚证患者T淋巴细胞亚群分布关系的初步观察

Preliminary Study on T Lymphocyte Subsets Distribution of the Patients with Insufficiency of the Spleen Caused by Malignant Alimentary Tumours

本文采用ＷｕＴ系列单克隆抗体试剂建立的碱性磷酸酶－抗碱性磷酸酶（ＡＰＡＡＰ）免疫桥法检测了３０例正常人和３６例晚期消化系恶性肿瘤脾虚证患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，同时测定免疫球蛋白含量。结果表明，晚期肿瘤脾虚证患者不仅总Ｔ（ＣＤ３）细胞降低，ＣＤ４及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８亦显著降低，ＣＤ８活性显著升高。提示患者细胞免疫功能紊乱，Ｔｓ处于高活性状态，Ｔｈ／Ｔｓ比例失调。而免疫球蛋白含量正常说明肿瘤病人的免疫功能低下主要是以Ｔ细胞改变为主。

Peripheral T lymphocyte subsets from 36 patients with insufficency of the spleen causedby advanced malignant alimentary tumours and from 30 cases of healthy I,ersons were determined by alkaline phosphatase-antialkaline phosphatase (APAAP) immune bridge technique set up by the WuT monoclonal antibodyreagent. The immunoglobulin content was alsodetermined' In comparison with healthy group the CD3 (total T cell)cells,CD4 (T helper/inducer) cell and CD4/CD8(Th/Ts) in the advanced cancer group were significantly depressed(P<0. 05 and P<0. 01). CD,(T suppresor/cytotoxic)was obviollsly elevated (P<0. 05). The results showed that these patients were abnormal in cellular immune function,Ts cells were in high activity and TI/Ts ratio was in imbalance. The normal immunoglobulincontent showed that immunologic inadequacy of the patients was mainly due to the abnormality of T lymphocyte.
