89例直肠癌手术治疗体会

Experience in the Operation on 89 Cases of Rectal Cancer

我科收治直肠癌８９例，其中８６例采用不同的手术方法治疗：４１例行Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术，２４例行保留肛门手术，１８例行结肠套迭股薄肌移植原位肛门再造术，均取得了满意的效果。这种手术方法发扬了Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术彻底性的优点，又克服了Ｍｉｌｅｓ手术的缺陷，是治疗中低位直肠癌较好的手术方法。

Eighty nine patients with rectal cancer were treated in our department. 86 cases of themwere treated in different ways of operation. 41 cases being operated by miles, 24 cases forthe preservation of the anus and 18 cases for reconstruction of the anus in the originnal position in the way of intussusception of colon and graft of gracilis muscle. This kind of treatmentcarries forward the advantage of Miles'operation and eliminates its disadvantage. It is confirmed that this kind of treatment is a better way of surgical operation for the patients withmiddle and low position rectal cancer.
