摘要
１９２铱近距离后装机单纯腔内放射治疗晚期食管癌１５０例，６Ｇｙ／周、次，总量２０～３０Ｇｙ。１个月后ＣＲ６４％．ＰＲ２６％，ＮＲ１０％；６个月生存率９１．３％；１年生存率４３．３％。食管狭窄率２３％，局部复发占死亡总数８４．７％，食管气管瘘９．４％。结论：此疗法近期生存率明显高于单纯外照，但局部复发率过高，应与外照及化疗同步进行。
One hundred and fifty patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated by intracavitary 192Ir radiotherapy (6Gy/week, total doses 20-30 Gy). The results showed that CRwas 64%, PR was 26%, and NR was 10% one month after treatment. Six-month survivalrate was gi. 3%. Oneuyear survival rate was 43. 3%' Esophageal cavitary narrow rate was23%. Local relapse and esophagus-trachea fistula accounted for 84. 7% and 9. 4% of the total mortality, respectively. It is concluded that the one-year survival rate by this therapy ishigher than that by single external irradiation, but local recurrence is still the main cause ofdeath. Intracavitary radiotherapy should be combined with external irradiation andchemotherapy.
