花生化控物质优化组合模拟模型及其生理效应的研究

摘要 本文采用旋转回归设计三因素试验测得的参数建立了荚果产量,百果重、出仁率、百仁重等函数模型,通过对荚果产量的模拟选优,筛选出亩产180Kg以上的生长调节剂的最佳浓度配比为:PP333218.9~272.4(ppm),稀土1.154~1.519g/Kg水,NK-P4.78~6.42原液/Kg水,与此同时,还探明生长调节剂的综合效应表现为:植株明显变矮,墩实粗壮,稳健生长,叶片肥厚,叶色深绿,抗病力强,荚果饱满,早熟增产。 According to the parameters gained by test of three factors in rotation regression design function model of leguminous seeds yield, 100 seeds weight, rate of peanut meat and 100meat weight has been made. By the imitation optimization to leguminous seeds yield is selected optimum concentration proportion of growth regulators under conditions of leguminous seeds yield more than 180kg per mu,The proportion is as the following:PP333-218.9 ̄272. 4ppm; rare-earth-1.154 ̄1.510/1.519g/kg (water); NK-P-4.78 ̄6. 42crode liquid /kg(water). Besides comprehensive effect of growth regulators has been verified. The manifestations are:plant turns shorter,thick and strong;plant grows very well;leaf is fleshy and dark green;plant can resist diseases well;leguminous seeds grow plump;plant can be early-maturing and has high-yield performance.
