膀胱癌术后丝裂霉素C与卡介苗交替灌注预防癌肿复发

Postoperative Alternative Infusion of Mitornycin C and BCG Rotatedly to Prevent Recurrence of Bladder Carcinoma

选用丝裂霉素Ｃ与卡介苗交替膀胱内灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发４７例，随访４～５９个月，复发率４．２５％，疗效好。本文就方法和优点进行讨论。

Alternative infusion of mitornycin C and BCG rotatedly was carried out in 47 cases toprevent recurrence of bladder carcinoma after surgical management.The period of followingup the patients was 14-59 months. The recurrence rate was 4. 25%. Excellent results havebeen achieved in this study. Technique and benefit of this study were also discussed.
