The chicken IgG were purified ,using three different Methods. Though Method of Na-Sephadex Sulphale is fine, But it is expensive, Popularize is diffcult; Method of chloroform is simple and convenient, economical,quick Method.Its high yield, no impair the activity of chicken IgG.
