８４６麻醉合剂对犬麻醉效果的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON ANESTHETIA EFFECT OF 846 ON DOGS

用846对5只家犬分别以高、中、低3个剂量组进行105次实验观察。结果发现:846对犬有良好的镇静、镇痛、肌松作用。其推荐剂量为0.04～0.05ml/kg,肌注。犬卧时间为3.8～3.1±1.64～1.14min,麻醉维持时间59.60～64.00±6.66～8.94min。呼吸、脉搏、体温等变化均在生理范围以内。该药用量少,给药途径简单,副作用小,安全范围大,可应用于犬的保定、外科手术麻醉。

Large, medium and small doses of 846 were used to observe the anesthetic effect on 5 dogs, respectively. The results show d that 846 had good sedation, analgesia and muscular relaxation effects. The recommended intramuscular injection dose is 0.04 to 0.05ml/kg. The dog is in lying Position for 3.8～3.1±1.64～1.14minutes. The muscular relaxation time is 59.60～64.00±6.66～8.94 minutes Respiration,Pulse and body temperature are all in the physiological ranges. The drug has advantages of simple administration route, light side effect and large safety range. It can be used for sedation and surgical operation anesthesia.
