Clinical Research of LAK Cells on the Treatment of Malignant Tumor in Middle-Advanced Phases

在肿瘤的免疫治疗中，ＬＡＫ细胞的发现解决了以往难以得到足够量的抗肿瘤效应细胞，获得了肿瘤过继性免疫治疗的新进展。本文进行了ＬＡＫ细胞治疗各种中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察，探讨了其作用机理，对３１例中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效进了评价，其杀瘤效应取得了令人鼓午的成果，证明ＬＡＫ细胞为恶性肿瘤的治疗开辟了广阔的前景。

In immunological treatment of malignant tumorsl the finding of LAK cells solves the problem about adundant antieplastic effector cells that were difficultly acquired before. A new progress on adaptive immunological treatment of tumor has been made. This paper reports a clinical research about the treatment of LAK cells to all kinds of tumors in middle-advanced phases, and explores the mechanism of its action. The curative effect on thirty-one cases of tumor in the middle-advanced phases was appraised. This effect on killing tumor obtains inspiring accomplishment, at the meantime proves that LAK cells have a great future to the treatment of tumor.
