摘要
自行研制的L1免疫刺激剂与鸡新城疫疫苗同时应用后,可显著地提高机体细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,增强疫苗的免疫效果。应用L1免疫刺激制组,红细胞、吞噬指数、T淋巴细胞、血清γ球蛋白都有增加、与对照组比较,差异显著。但血红蛋白、白细胞总数、血清α、β蛋白差异不显著。
Immunopotentiator L1 made in the laboratory used with Chicken New Castle Disease Vacceine significantly enhance cellular and hummoral immunity, and immunizing effect of the vaccine Erythrocytes, phagcyticyindices, T lymphocytes and Seral globulinincreased singnificantly. Compare with the control group. However,the difference of Hemoglobulin, Leucocyte count, seral protein were not significant.
