摘要 以酸解醋酸淀粉为主要原料,添加增强剂、玉米淀粉和木薯淀粉等原料,制成了一种新型粘合剂。研究了增强剂的作用,玉米淀粉和木薯淀粉添加量对粘合剂性能的影响。通过筛选,确定含醋酸淀粉30%,木薯淀粉10%.玉米淀粉5%,增强剂0.5%,其它助剂1%,水53.5%为最佳配比。在贴标线上使用效果很好。 Corn starch, modified by acid, can be acctylated to starch acetate by treatment with acetic anhydride. A new type of adhesive was prepared with basic components starch acetate, corn starch, tapioca and reinforcer. The effects of reinforcer and the dosage of corn starch, tapioca or the adiesive propertics were studied in this paper. The results show that optimum properties of the adhesive were obtained by selecting starch acetate 30%, tapioca 10%, corn starch 5%, reinforcer 0.5%, H2O 53.5%, other assistant 1%. The adhesive has been used on modern bottling machines and satisfactory results have been obtained.
