摘要
从黑龙江省电网电压实际情况出发，对系统无功功率进行了综合研究，分析了低谷负荷时段产生电压偏高的原因，阐述发电机进相运行调压与机组安全裕度的协调问题，并提出利用综合目标函数进行优化的无功最优潮流计算方法。
The reactive power problem in Heilongjiang electric power system is systematically researched, Voltage fluctuation is analyzed in light loads. Security range of under - excite unit is elaborated. A reactive power OPF using synthetical objective function is proposed.
