摘要
用低硒的克山病病区粮模拟病区居民生活喂养大白鼠的动态研究表明:喂养第1月心肌线粒体单胺氧化酶活性降低,随喂养时间呈递减趋势;血浆硒含量、红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,且均在第2月降到耗竭状态;血浆脂质过氧化物增加,呈递增性改变;骨骼肌线粒体单胺氧化酶活性第3月才开始降低。上述各项改变的有序性、规律性及其制约关系提示:硒的抗氧化作用可保护组织线粒体单胺氧化酶免遭脂质过氧化作用的损害,但不同组织线位体单胺氧化酶硒的依赖程度有明显差异,这种差异可能是低硒损害的组织敏感位和组织特异性的生化基础。
This paper investigated the dynamic changes of the activity of Monoamine xidase(MAO) in the mitochondria of heart and muscle in rats fed with Se deficient diet from a Keshan disease (KD) endemic area,The results showed that in the first month after feeding an endemic diet,the activity of MAO in the mitochondria of heart was significantly lower and decreased progressively as the experiment went on;the content of Se in the plasma and the activity of GSH-px in the erythrocytes decreased to the lowest criteria in the second month;the value of TBA was significantly higher and increased progressively.However,the activity of MAO in the mitochondria decreaased significantly until the third month,The pathoqentic significance of the changs mentioned above in further studies of KD and other diseases caused by Se deficiency was discussed adequately.
