摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法测定西瓜６个杂交种及其亲本过氧化物酶同工酶，根据Ｆ与亲本的酶谱差异，可以检测西瓜杂交种真实性与纯度。检测一个种样约需１２～１５天。
This study has determined peroxidase isozyme of 6 hybrids and their parents with polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. According in the zymogram discrepancy of F1 and their parents, authenticity and purity of Citrullus lanatus (Thunb. ) Mansfeld hybrids can be tested. It takes about 12～15 days to test one sample.
