摘要
采用荧光法测定了水牛、奶牛、绵羊、杂种犬、产蛋鸡血清中维生素A的含量,测定值分别为28.3±2.7、97.6±8.2、24.8±4.9、44.4±3.8、121.7±1.4ug/dl;用同一血清样品做10次重复性分析,精确度S分别为0.08、0.06、0.10、0.12、0.08,变异系数≤0.35%、平均回收率≥98.8%.试验表明荧光法测定血清中维生素A的最佳激发光波长为345nm、发射光波长为480nm.该方法灵敏度高,试样用量少,操作简便.部分测定值填补了动物血液生化参数的空白.
The serum vitamine A contents of water buffalo,milk cowsheepmongrel dog,laying eggs hen were determined with fluorimetric method in the research and the values were 28.3+2.7, 97.6+8.2, 24.8+4.9, 44.4 + 3.8,121.7 + 1.4ug/dl respectively.the standard errors of 10 times repeated analysis for the same serum samples were 0.08,0.06,0.10,0.12,0.08 respectively,and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.35%.The rate of recovery was more than 98.8%.In this methoed,the excitatiom wavelength 345nm and emission maximum 480nm were selected.The results showed that the method has high sensitivity and simple procedures,some values obtained in the experiment filled in the gaps of animal biood biochemical parameters.
