鸡传染性贫血病毒感染胸腺集落刺激因子对骨髓粒单系祖细胞增殖功能的影响

The Effect of thymus CSF From CIAV-infected Chicks on proliferation of Bone Marrow CFU-GM

本文研究了鸡传染性贫血病毒感染鸡胸腺ＣＳＦ对正常鸡骨髓粒单系祖细胞（ＣＦＵ—ＧＭ）增殖功能的影响．结果表明，雏鸡感染ＣＩＡＶ后１４天胸腺ＣＳＦ对ＣＦＵ—ＧＭ刺激作用与对照鸡比较未见明显异常．感染后２１天，刺激作用较对照鸡明显增强（ｐ＜０．０１）；感染２８天以后，其刺激作用达正常成水平．结果证明，ＣＩＡＶ感染引起的骨髓造血机能障碍与胸腺ＣＳＦ活性无关．

The experiment was conducted to observe the effect of thymus colony-stimulating factof (CSF) from CIAV - infected chicks on proliferation of granulocytic macTophagic hcmatopoictic progenitor cells One hundred chicks were dividcb into infected(I) and controi(C) groups.Chicks in group Iwere infected with CIAVintrapentoneally and mtramuscularly at one day of age. Chichs were killed at 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, and 49days postinocuiation (PI) and thymus was removed.Thymic cells were dispersed and stimu lated withconcanavalin A (Con A). Supernatant from Con A-Stimulated culture as CSF was cultured in vitro withhematopoietic progenitor cells of normal bone marrow. Results showed that no significant changes ofcfficiencies of CFU-GM was found in affected grong compared with controls at day 14 PI. However, theefficiency of CFU-GM was significant increased at day 21 PI (p<0.01). The eleNated CSF activity maypromote the recoNery of hematopoietic funchon of bone marrow in CIAV-infected chicks at the cud phraseof the disease.
