温度、光周期对致倦库蚊成虫前期存活、发育的综合影响模型

摘要 本文应用二次回归旋转设计定量描述了温度、光周期对致倦库蚊成虫前期各发育阶段发育速率、存活率的综合影响.列出了九种温度、光周期组合条件下的致倦库蚊成虫前期发育历期和存活率的实验数据,建立了回归模型,经卡方检验所有模型的模拟值与实测值均高度吻合(P≥0.998).模型可用以预测致倦库蚊成虫前期自然种群发育和存活情况,也可用作一种研究工具,在计算机上进行不同温度、光周期组合条件下的模拟试验.通过对模型进行解析,求出了温度的单因素影响模型.致倦库蚊成虫前期存活的最适水温是25.64℃.比较和统计检验双因素模型中的各项系数,可知温度是主要影响因素(P<0.01),而光期周几乎没有影响(P>0.2). Intergrated effects of temperature(T)and photoperiod(pH) on the survival rate(S),development rate(V)of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were studied by current regressive rotational design in laboratary. The observed data under 9 temperature -pH combinations were listed. Models on the relationship between S,V and T,pH were established. It was Shown that temperature was the most important factor affecting the S,V and photoperiod had little effect on S,V in view of the models. Optimum T for S of C. Pipiens quinquefasciatus was at 25. 6℃ (water T).
