摘要
通过长波GaAs/GaAlAS量子阱红外探测器线列在红外像机上的应用演示及其成像效果与传统HgCdTe探测器的比较,直接地显示了GaAs/GaAlAs量子阱红外探测器在红外焦平面应用领域具有很强的竟争力.
The practicality of GaAs/GaAlAs multiple quantum well infrared detector (MQWD) was studied experimentally by the infrared imaging demonstration. The competitiveness of the MQWD was directly demonstrated through the comparison of the iafrared imaging property from the infrared detector array made by MQWD and HgCdTe detector, respectively.
