摘要
介绍了采用体效应管压控振荡器的W波段相位锁定系统,该系统在紫金山天文台13.7m毫米波射电望远镜中作为本地振荡器,可复盖75~115GHz的频率范围,输出功率大于5mw.用伺服放大器的输出信号控制体效应振荡器的偏压得到锁定带宽大于100MHz.
A W-band phase-locked system using Gunn VCO was developed. This system has been used as a local oscillator for the 13.7m millillimeter-wave radio telescope of PMO. Its operating frequency range is 75 ̄115 GHz and the output power is greater than 5 mW. By using the output signal of a servo amplifier to control the bias voltage of the Gunn oscillator, a lock-in bandwidth of more than 100 MHz is achieved.
