光强和溶液pH值对绞股蓝生长发育的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在不同光照强度下栽培绞股蓝,当相对照度为39.85%~80.39%时,绞股蓝生长发育较好,而以相对照度为64.93%~74.51%时,干物质累积量最多,总皂甙含量最高,果实和种子量最大;当相对照度>80%、<40%时,干物质累积量大幅度下降,且当年未开花结果。将绞股蓝茎段扦插在PH5.5~8的完全培养液(MS)中均能成活生长,但以PH6.5~7.0生长发育最好,均于秋天开花结果;当PH<5.5、>8时,绞股蓝插条先后枯黄而死。 The effect of different illumination intensities and solution PH on the growth and the development of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino has been investigated in thispaper. The results of tests showed that it grew well under relative illumination of 39. 85% ̄80.39 %; its accumulative amount of dry substance, total saponin content and number of seeds werethe most under relative illumination of 64. 93  ̄ 74. 51 %; its accumulative amount of dry substance decreased evidently and it was not able to come into bloom when the relative illuminationwas more than 80 % or less than 40%.When its stem cuttings were inserted in MS culture solution (pH: 5. 5-8. 0) all cuttings grew normally. In the range of PH 6. 5 ̄ 7. 0,the cuttings grewvigorously and developed into bloom. Below PH 5. 5 or above PH 8,the cuttings gradually died.
