摘要
研究了(Y,Ce,Sm)(Mg,Mn)B5O(10)中Sm(3+)和Mn(2+)的发光性质,Mn(2+)浓度对Sm(3+)发射的影响.着重讨论了Mn(2+)对Sm(3+)发射的敏化作用及能量传递机理.
A study of the luminescence of Sin3+,Mn2+ in the sample of(Y,Ce,Sm)(Mg,Mn)B10,the influence of Mn2+concentration on the luminescence of Sm3+ions is presented.From our measuremented of luminescent and excitation spectra,it shows that there exists an energy transfer from Ce3+ to Sm3+,to Mn2+,from Mn2+ to Sm3+.additional exeitation peaks of Mn2+ are observed in the excitation spectrum of Sm3+in a sample which contains Mn2+and Sm3+,the energy transfer from the T1(4G)level of Mn2+to the G5/2 level of Sm3+.It is concluded that the multipolar interaction is the predominant mechanism and a phonon assisted process for energy transfer from Mn2+to Sm3+.
