摘要
本试验研究表明，目前房县黑木耳三个主要菌种，即８７５＃、８２０６＃和黄天菊花的发芽率分别为６４．０８％、５９．４３％、５８．２８％．不同菌种在不同海拔高度的耳杆上的发芽率不同．
This paper deal with the germination of three main species of edible tree fungus in Fangxian county.The result shows that the species of 875#.8206# and the yellow chrysanthemun(Huangtlanjuhua)have different germination rate.The germination rate of 875# is of 64.08%,8206# is of 59. 43%,and the yellow chrysanthemum is of 58.28%.In addition,this paper shows that in tree types of trunks of oak which come from different elevations,the edible tree fungus have different germination rates.
