摘要
本文介绍了我国碱法草浆的发展历史、现状、成就和存在的问题，提出发展碱法草浆对我国造纸工业的发展具有重大的现实意义和战略意义，提出了发展碱法草浆的指导思想与战略目标，发展战略及措施与对策．
The developing history present condition,achievements,and existential problems of the alkaline straw pulp in China are introduced. Pulp and paper industry are prosented in this poper. It shows that making further advances on alkaline straw pulp has profound practical and strategic significance in the development of Chinese pulp and paper industry. The guiding ideology, strategic target and tactics of developing alkaline straw pulp are put forward in this paper.
