摘要
本文介绍了制备含有潜固化剂的环氧Ｅ－４４胶膜和Ｅ－４４／Ｅ－１０混合物胶膜，考察了马来酸酐－桐油加成物、ＣＴＢＮ、铝粉、固化时间等对成膜性和胶膜性能的影响．
The preparation of coupound glue film contaimed occult curing agent-epoxy E-44 glue film and E-44/E-10 is introduced in the paper. Maleic anhydride-tung oil adduct,CTBN aluminium powder,curing time effected on film forming characteristics and glue film performance are researched.
