低烟阻燃耐高温SPVC电缆料的研制

Development of the SPVC Cable Material with Low-smoke Fire-retardant and High-temperature Resistant

本文通过正交优化法设计和对试验结果进行数据分析处理，找到了能够满足耐１０５℃的聚氯乙烯电缆料阻燃抑烟的最佳配方，其中包括得到了一种专用于ＰＶＣ的复合阻燃抑烟剂．用该配方制得的低烟阻燃耐热１０５℃的ＳＰＶＣ电缆料，其性能完全符合ＧＢ８８１５－８８，Ｊ－１０５的要求．

By means of orthogonal optimization and data analysis of experimental results,the optimum formulation of low-smoke fire-retardant and high-temperature resistant SPVC cable material is found,including obtaining a compound agent of fire-retardant and restricting smoke specially used in PVC. The SPVC cable material with low-smoke,fire-retardant and heat-resistance 105℃ is made by the formulation,its properties entirely meet the standard of GB8815-88,J-105.
