摘要
本文根据空间啮合原理、利用弹性力学理论、计及齿面接触变形,首次把Baxter方法推广应用到点啮合的领域,并着重论述了弹性点接触的失配啮合性能和齿面接触迹预控,为收缩齿制曲线齿锥齿轮副预控齿面啮合质量提供了新的途径和方法.
According to spotials meshing principle and elasticity theory,this paper the Baxtermethod is first spread and applied to the field of Point meshing,taking into account deformationof tooth surface contact.The elastic mismatched point meshing performance aam pre-controlof eontact mark of tooth surface are emphatically discussed,and a new method is provided forthe helical bevel gears and hypoid geals.
