摘要
通过透射电镜研究大鼠右心耳肌细胞特殊颗粒的超微结构。结果观察到在内质网和高尔基复合体的囊腔内存在颗粒或其致密物质。特殊颗粒(SG)可分为A、B二型,A型颗粒多见,含电子致密颗粒核心;B型少见,为一均匀浅淡的纤维状核心。SG界膜与肌膜紧密接触、融合、裂口释放的胞吐现象。这种现象在横管系统偶被观察到。有些SG界膜部分溶解或完全溶解,形成一种无包膜的电子致密颗粒。本文研究结果为SG的产生与分型、心钠素的多种释放方式提供了某些新的形态学资料。
The transmission electron microscopy was used to study the ultrastructure of the specific granules of right atrial appendage cardiocytes in rats. The granules or granular dense substance was observed in the cistena of endoplasmic reticulum or Golgi complex. The specific granules(SG) were classified as A and B types, type-A granules were in the majority, containing the granule core of electron density,and type-B were in the minority,characterized by a pale, fibrogranule core. SG was seen closely approaching the sarcolemma and fusing with the sarcolemma with a small breach in the latter. This phenomenon was occassionally observed in the T-system. Part or complete membrane lysis of some granules was observed,forming a non-membrane-bounded, electron-dense granules. The results of this study supplied some new norphological data for the production and classification of SG and for multiple ways of releasing atrial natriuretic polypeptide.
