刮宫术中20例子宫穿孔的临床分析

The Clinical Study in 20 Cases of Uterine Rapture in Induced Abortion

分析我科１９７０～１９９０年收治的２０例因刮宫所致的子宫穿孔的原因、穿孔后的临床表现、保守治疗、手术治疗的原则；预防措施以及治疗结果，目的在于提高对子宫穿孔的认识，以减少其发生。

From 1970 to 1990, we collected 20 cases of uterine rapture in induced abortion and analyzed etiologic factors, clinical feature , management and preventive measures. It was intenede to decrease morbidity rate of uterine rapture.
