啤饲兼用型大麦鄂皮５号系浙立１子为母本，沪麦６号为父本杂交育成。其选育是根据市场需求制定的育种目标，选配亲本；采用改良系谱法进行这择，增强选择压力；利用标记性状进行目的性状的选择，以扩大积累效应；异地夏繁加代结合选择；并采取边选择、过试验、边示范、边繁殖的四结合的方式，加速了选育进程。

E一Pi № 5 borley is breeded form Zhepi № 1× Humai № 6,In the breeding process a seriesof methods are adopted that breding aim and parent selecting are according to the requirement of market,impovedpedigree method is used for inereacing selestion pressure, some characters are marked for selection wanted ones in order to heighten accumulating effect and repreduction combining selection is coducted in summer. Breeding processwas accelerated beeause of combining of selection, experiment, demonstration and reproduetion.
