《三峡库区经济开发与移民开发战略》，是《三峡库区经济开发与移民开发研究》的第一子课题。此课题以区域经济学、发展经济学和经济发展战略学为理论指导。以三峡库区区情和库区移民环境容量为依据，系统论证了三峡库区移民开发与经济开发的战略目标、战略任务、战略阶段等，重点论证了三峡库区经济开发与移民开发的战略途径。此研究成果为三峡库区的经济开发与移民开发战略规划的制定及其实践提供了可靠的科学依据和可行的措施，必书对国家三峡库区移民领导机关和库区各县（市）政府起到应有的咨询作用。

The rmich report is tbe flrst branch part of a research,ustudy on the Economie Exploitation and Migration Combined with hte Exploition in the Sanxia Valley'(EEMCEE).Under the guidance of theories from Region Economics.Development Economics and Strategics of Economic Development,based on the analysis for the situations of the region and the capecity of migration enviramnt, it has expounded syatematically the strategic goals, tasks,stages of EEMCEE in the region,dicussed emphatically the strategic path of EEMCEE in the region .the report will certainly provide scientific basis and fcasible measures for drafting of the strategic planof EEMCEE,and play important role in the consultation of state migration office and county or city govenment con-cerned.
