综述了近年来超临界ＣＯ＿２萃取天然产物的技术进展以及产品的优越性，尤其是它在高附加值的精细化工产品如香料、化妆品用油及医疗保健品方面的应用。
It reviewed the technological development and advantages of natural compounds extraction by supercritical state CO_2, especially application in high add value fine chemicals such as perfume,cosmetics,edible oil, medical treatment and health protection products,etc.
