泪小管断裂吻合术（附12例报告）

The Anastomosis of Broken Lachrymal Canal

本文分析了１２例泪小管断裂吻合术，重点讨论了手术中泪小管鼻侧断端的寻找及支撑物的留置。认为伤后时间短、创面新鲜，最好采用表面麻醉不致组织肿胀、泪小管断端距泪小点距离近的情况下用直观法较易发现断端（占７５％），采用硬膜外麻醉塑料导管作支撑物效果理想。

Analyzed are 12 cases of ansatomosis of the broken lachrymal canal.Finding the hurt nose side on the lachrymal canal and putting a sustainer in the lachrymal canal were important.With the time short after the injury the wound new,a surface anesthetized, and the distance between the wound and the lachrymal puncture short,the wound nose side could be easily found with the method of direct observation(75%).Using plastic pipes of epidural analyesia as sustainers were satisfactory.
