血清前白蛋白在原发性肝癌插管治疗中的临床价值

The Value of Prealbumin in the Catheteriaation Treatment of Primary Carcinoma of the Liver

用琼脂糖免疫火箭电泳法测定５０例次原发性肝癌患者插管治疗后前白蛋白（ＰＡ）含量均低于正常，阳性率为１００％，优于血清白蛋白（阳性率１６％）、谷丙转氨酶（阳性率７６％），提示ＰＡ对观察原发性肝癌插管治疗后肝脏受损及判断预后有一定价值。

Serum prealbumin(PA)concentration was assayed with agarose rocket electrophoresis in the cases of primary carcinoma of the liver after catheterization treatment.The results showed that the value of PA of all the cases were lower than those of the normal control group with the positive rate of 100%.It is superior to Alb,and ALT.In conclusion, PA is of certain value for the observation of damage of the liver function in the cases of primary carcinoma of the liver after catheterization treatment and also is of certain value for prognosis.
