摘要
本研究检测了１０例无龋成人（龋失补牙数为零）和１０例严重龋病患者（龋失补牙数等于或大于１０）刺激性全唾液的流率、缓冲能力和碳酸氢根（ＨＣＯ_３~－），超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、缓冲碱、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、尿酸的浓度。结果表明无龋成人的唾液流率、缓冲能力和缓冲碱、ＨＣＯ_３~－、尿素氮和ＳＯＤ的浓度明显高于严重龋病患者（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而尿酸、总蛋白、白蛋白浓度两组之间比较差别无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本文研究还表明，唾液缓冲能力与其中的缓冲碱、ＨＣＯ_３~－及尿素氮的浓度有相关关系。
The salivary parameters such as flow rate, buffering capacity and concentrations of HCO_3￣-,superoxide dismutase(SOD), buffer base(BB),total protein,albumin,urea nitrogen(UN)and uric acid,were measured in stimulated whole saliva which was respectively collected from 10 cases of adults without caries(DMFT=0)and 10 cases of adults with series caries(DMFT≥10).The study shows that flow rate,buffering capacity and concentrations of HCO_3￣-,BB,UN and SOD in caries-free adults were singnificantly greater than patients with serious caries; however,in the concentrations of total protein,urea and albumin there were not significant difference between test and control groups.The studing also shows the buffering capacity has relation with BB,HCO_3￣- and UN.
