摘要
采用脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)测试14例新生儿高胆红素血症(高胆组)和17例正常儿对照显示:高胆组14例中ABR异常10例(71.4%),以Ⅰ波延长或缺失居首,Ⅴ波异常次之,4耳Ⅰ~Ⅴ波延长,2/3病例急性期ABR阈值增高,经治疗多数恢复正常。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症可致脑干、听功能损害,且与血清总胆红素及未结合胆红素升高浓度关系密切。ABR为新生儿高胆红素血症的神经系统及听力损害提供了客观依据。
Auditory brainstem response(ABR)was used to examine 14 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in comparson with 17 normal persons.As a result 10 of the 14 cases showed abnormal ABR(71.4%)prolonged wave Ⅰaccounting for the first and,abnormal wave Ⅴfor the second.Prolonged waves Ⅰ-Ⅴoccurred in 4 ears.2/3 of the patients with increased threshold value in the acute period recovered after treatment.In conclusion newborn hyperbilirubinemia may injure brainstem and auditory function,and be related to higher concentration of tatol-bilirubin and free-bilirubin in serum.ABR may provide an objective basis for barrier of nervous system and hearing in newborn hyperbilirubinemia.
