晚期产后出血的病因与防治探讨

Cause, Prevention and Treatment for Uterine Bleeding During puerperal period

自１９８３～１９９２年，作者共收治晚期产后出血患者５７例，其中部分胎盘残留１３例，产后子宫局部感染３８例，子宫内膜适应性增生过长６例。结合临床和病理特点，探讨晚期产后出血的病因并提出防治措施。

cases of uterine bleeding during the puerperal period were treated from 1983 to 1992. Of them were 13 with part placenta reminders in uterine cavity, 38 with endometrial infection and 6 with endometrial hyperproliferation. According to the clinical and pathological character, the cause of uterine hloeding during the puerperal period was discussed and the method of prevention and treatment was provided.
