摘要
我科１９８２～１９９２年共施行气管、隆突、支气管成形术６２例、体外循环１２００余例。其中５例气管远端完全阻塞急症病例者，在麻醉诱导期应用心肺转流技术，保证了麻醉和手术的顺利进行。本文重点讨论股－股转流的方式、特性、注意点和尚待解决的问题。
From 1982 to 1992,62 cases of tracheoplasty,carinobronchoplasty and 1 200 cases of extracorporeal circulations were performed in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of First Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical University. In 5 patients with nearly fulltracheal obstruction, during the inducing period of anesthesia,cardiopulmonary bypass was utilized and it ensured that anesthesia and operations were well carried out.The method,characteristics,points for attention,and probl ems of the bypass from the vein femoralis to artery femoralis ars discussed.
