本文报道了刀豆组织切片光纤脲传感器的结构、性能及应用．它对脲的最佳响应范围是５×Ｘ１０￣（－５）～１×１０￣（－２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ装配简单，使用方便，重现性和稳定性好．用于测定牛奶中的脲取得了令人满意的结果。

In this paper the structure,properties and application of a sword bean tissue section optrode for urea determination have been reported. Optimal response range of this optrode is 5×10￣(-5)～1×10￣(-2)mol/L. The installation is simple and the use is convenient for this optrode,and the reproducibility and the stability are both nice. The result determined urea in milk and urine samples with the optrode was satisfactory. Using the optrode it has been found out preliminarily that the magnetic field and the phenol species for the activity of urase possess respectively obvious activation and controlling ability.
