摘要 根据同时脱硫脱硝的要求,对以CuO为主要活性组分催化剂的制各过程和反应动力学进行了研究。通过实验获得浸渍液浓度、浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间等最佳制备条件,以及SO_2和NO_x脱除率达90%以上的反应温度、空间速度。 According to the requirement of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification,the kinetices and production process of the catalyst utilizing CuO as the basic active component were studied.Optimum conditions for preparation of the catalyst,in-cluding concentration macerating extract,macerating time,and activation temperattureand time were obtained with experiments. Furthermore a set of suitable technologicalparameters,the reaction temperature,spacevelocity,and molar ratioes of CuSO_4/CuOand Cu/S,were reached for a 90% or over removel of SO_2 and NO_x in flue gases.
