摘要
本文给出了我们设计的四个有特色的CMOSD触发器的逻辑,它们应用于一个VLSI单微机电路中。文章分析了它们的特点和原理。其主要特点是:①增强了同步控制措施;②“预置”与“清除”共用一根控制线以减少芯片面积;③附加功能,提高D触发器的处理能力。这些适应了VLSI系统设计的要求。
The logic of four characteristic CMOS D-type Flip-Flops applied in oneVLSI monolithic microcomputer circuit,which we have designed,is given,Their char-acteristics and principles are analyzed.The main characteristics are as for:(1)synchronous control measures are enhanced;(2)only one control line is used for“preseting”and “cleaning”to decrease chip area;(3)other functions are added in D type Flip Flops to enhance their processing ability. These characteristics are suitablefor desire of VLSI system design.
