摘要
分析了水冷高炉风口的传热过程,对多元金属共渗高炉风口的导热热流密度进行了计算.计算结果表明,这种风口的导热能力仅提高3%.因此,这种风口只能在很有限的程度上提高其抗热流冲击的能力.
The authors analyzed the heat transfer oourse of water-cooled BF tuyerein the paper.The heat transfer density has been calculated for the superficial diffusion-multiple metallic elements BF tuyere. The calculation indicates that the heat transfer ca-pacity of the BF tuyere is only raised by 3%. Therefore the kind of tuyere is only capableof increasing the heat loading resistance within very limited range.
