紫罗兰酮研究(Ⅳ)-Lewis酸催化合成紫罗兰酮

摘要 本文研究了以Lewis酸LA91为催化剂,用自制的假性紫罗兰酮为起始合成紫罗兰酮的方法,考察了反应温度、物料配比及其他相关因素的交叉影响,确立了优化条件。该工艺反应时间较经典硫酸催化法的4hr左右缩短1hr,紫罗兰酮收率由经典方法的70%左右提高到90.5%。 Starting from pseudoionone as the reactant and Lewis acid LA91 as the catalyst. present paper performed a series of experiments in order to thoroghly investigate the synthetic method of ionone. Various conditions.such as the ratio of raw materials employed ,the reaction temperature,and other related influences, were examed. Based on the results of this research, the optimal reaction condition was obtained. According to our scheme,the reaction time. is shortened to 3hr compared to 4hr of the traditioned sulphuric-acid-catalysed method,and the yield of ionone increased from about 70% to upper 90. 50%.
