水灾经济损失过程、层次和空间分析──以湖南省为例

Analyses of Process and System and Region of Economic Losses of Flood Hazards ─Taking Hunan Province as an Example

在调查和收集湖南省大量水灾资料的基础上，本文着重讨论了该省水灾经济损失问题，从水灾的成灾与减灾过程、水灾危害的层次系统、不同类型水灾的地域分布等３个方面进行了深入分析，然后提出了相应的减灾措施。

According to a vast amount of flood hazards data of Hunan Province, this paper discusses emphatically economic losses of the province’s flood hazards.In 3 respects of the process of natural hazards and mitigations, the systems of flood hazards losses and regional distribution of flood hazards, the economic losses problems of flood hazards are analysed and some countermeasures on controlling the flood hazards are put forward.
