摘要
应用转录抑制剂放线菌素D和转译抑制剂环己亚胺为工具进行的实验表明,绿豆种子中预存mRNA的转译可以受到CPA的调控,表现为诱导过氧化物酶同工酶出现新的酶带和幼苗胚轴下端产生膨大并进而形成愈伤组织,对CPA诱导的上述形态效应进行了显微观察.
By the experiments with actinomycin D and cycloheximide, it was discoveredfor the first time that long-lived mRNA exit in seeds of Gymnosperm, P. masso-niana. Translation of the long-lived mRNA could be regulated by p-chloropheno-xyacetic acid (CPA) which enhanced some bands in isoenzyme patterns of peroxideand cytochrome oxidase.
