摘要
1986~1989年连续4年,从北京农业大学植物生态工程研究所提供的120个苎麻增产菌株中选出了3个最优菌株,即1986年的69号,1987年的3号、4号,并于1988~1989年在湖南省南县,汉寿,桑植,大庸,龙山等主要麻区进行了50hm2苎麻增产菌69号示范推广,均表现增产显著.1992年我们把上述3个最优菌株和北京农业大学新提供的Y8,Y112个菌株在汉寿,宁乡,沅江等县、市继续进行试验示范,三季麻试验结果,以Y11和69号增产效果最为显著.同年三麻期,我们还将Y11和69号在沅江市进行了14hm2较大面积示范推广,同样地表现增产显著.经增产菌处理后的苎麻原麻的单纤维支数,经1989年和1992年测试结果,均比对照稍有提高,但未达到显著性差异.
By continuous studies from 1986 to 1989 and 1991 to 1992,2 most superioryield promoting bacteria strains were selected from 122 bacteria strains supplied by Plant E-cological Engineering Institute of Beijing Agricultural University.They are named Ramieyield promoting bacteria No.Y11 and No. 69 respectively. 64 hm2 of ramie were demonstratedand popularized with superior yield promoting bacteria in Nanxian,Hanshou,Sangzhi,Day-ong,Longshan and Yuanjiang in Hunan Province in 1988 to 1989 and 1992.Fiber yields oframie treated with yield promoting bacterium No.11 and No. 69 are obiously higher than thatof check.Fiber fineness of treated ramie is improved slightly,but there is no significant vari-ance between treatment and check.
