摘要
对玉米面筋粉的常规营养成分，氨基酸组成和有效能值进行了分析和测定．结果表明：玉米面筋粉含粗蛋白质４７．８％，粗脂肪７．９％，钙０．０６％，磷０．１６％；含总能２０．０９ＭＪ／ｋｇ，猪消化能为１７．２７ＭＪ／ｋｇ；鸡表现代谢能为１５．３８ＭＪ／ｋｇ．赖氨酸含量为０．５８５％，蛋氨酸０．８２８％，色氨酸０．２０％，精氨酸１．３２９％，用作猪、鸡饲料时，赖氨酸是第一限制性氨基酸，色氨酸是第二限制性氨基酸．
The nutrient content of Maize gluten meal are as follow:Crude Protein(CP)47.8%;Crude Fat(CF)7.9%;Calcium(Ca)0.06%;Phosphorus(P) 0.16%.Gross Energy (GE)20.09 MJ/kg;digestible energy for pig(DE)17.27 MJ/kg;Apparent Metabolizable en-ergy for Chic(AME)15.38 MJ/kg;Lysine(Lys)0.585%;Methionine(Met)0.828%;Tryp-tophan(Trp)0.200%;Agrinine(Agr)1.329%.The first limiting amino acid is lysine and the second is tryptophan when maize gluten meal is used for pig and chick.
