摘要
观察了１５头患结肠小袋纤毛虫病仔猪结肠的病理组织学变化和结肠小袋纤毛虫滋养体及包囊的光镜下形态．病理组织学观察表明，结肠粘膜损伤程度大，其肠上皮、肠腺和杯状细胞严重坏死，形成大小不等的溃疡病变，同时固有层、粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜均有不同程度的组织学变化．
In present paper the histopathology of balantidiosis and the micoscopic morpol-ogy of balantidium trophzoite and cyst in piglets were observed. The results showed that the epithelium,intestinal gland and goblet cells are seriously necrosis to cause the information of ulceration in the colonic tunica mucosa.At the same time there are histopatologic changes in tunica propria,tunica submucosa,tunica muscularis and tunica serous in varying degress.
