低毒菜籽及其副产品在猪饲料中的应用研究Ⅰ.不同年龄的猪对低毒菜籽及其副产品消化率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用断奶仔猪、生长猪和育肥猪进行含油菜籽(含油菜籽分粉碎、制粒和挤压3种加工方法)、菜籽粕和菜籽饼的粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(CF)、干物质(DM)和总能(GE)的消化率测定。结果表明:试猪在仔猪阶段,5种饲料原料消化率的变化范围,CP为77.5%~79.8%(P≥0.05),CF为85.1%~87.3%(P≥0.05),GE为59.3%~63.o%(P≥0.05);在生长猪阶段,5种原料的CP消化率在82%~83%之间(P≥0.05),CF和DM的消化率也无显著差异(p≥0.05),但含油菜籽的GE消化率(66.5%)显著高于菜籽饼(62.6%)和菜籽粕(62.7%)(P≤0.05);在育肥阶段,含油菜籽的GE消化率(68.5%)明显优于菜籽粕(64.2%)(P≤0.05).从断奶仔猪到育肥猪阶段,含油菜籽的CP消化率约增加4.1%~4.4%(P≤0.05),而CF和GE的消化率分别增长4.5%~4.6%和6.2%~6.4%(P≤0.05).比较含油菜籽的3种加工方法,营养物质的消化率基本相似(P≥0.05)。 Starter,grower and finisher pigs were used to determine the digestibility of crude protein(CP),fat,dry matter(DM) and gross energy(GE)from ground rapeseed(GS),pelleted rapeseed(PS),extruded rapeseed(ES),rapeseed press cake(PC)and rapeseed meal(RM).It showed that during the starter period,the digestibility of CP from the five test ma-terials was ranged from 77.5%to 79.8%(p≥0.05),the digestibility of fat was ranged from 85,1%to 87.3%(p≥0.05),and the digestibility of GE was ranged from 59.3%to 63.0% (p≥0.05).In grower pigs, the digestibility of CP from the five test materials was varied from 82%to 83%(p≥0.05).Neither the fat nor the DM digestibility were significantly dif-ferent( p≥0.05),but the digestibility of GE from the full fat rapeseed(66.5%)was signifi-cantly higher than that from PC(62.6%)and RM(62.7%)(p≤0.05).In finisher or pigs,the digestibility of GE between full fat rapeseed(68.5%)and RM(64.2%)had significant difference( p≤0.05).The digestibility of CP from full fat rapeseed increased about4.1%~4。4%(p≤0.05)as the pigs grew from starter to finisher.Meanwhile,the di-gestibility of fat and GE increased about 4.5%~4.6%and 6.2%~6.4%,respectively( p≤ 0.05).Among the grinding,pelleting and extruding methods applied to full fat rapeseed,the digestibility of the nutrients was similar(p≥0.05)。
