摘要
介绍了间歇式棉籽油精炼工艺条件进行选择的试验。采用正交试验方法，以精炼率和棉油的色度为指标，较佳的预榨棉籽油精炼条件为：初温２５℃，烧碱液浓度１８°Ｂ’ｅ，反应时的搅拌速度为８０ｒ／ｍｉｎ，磷酸和凝聚剂的添加量依次为油重的０．１％和０．２％。
ln this paper it was suggested that by cross-test method the better conditions for refining prepressing cottonseed oil should be:initial temperture 25℃,terminal tempera-ture 55 ℃,the sodium hydroxide concentration l8°B’e,agitator speed 80 r/min,phosphoric-acid and concentrating agent 0.1%and 0.2%of oil weight respectively according to the stan-dands for the rate and colour of the refind oil。
