摘要
采用两种浸胚法将玉米DNA导入大麦湘皮1号,获得矮秆、大穗、高结实率的株行材料。改良浸胚法能大幅度地提高外源DNA直接导入的引变频率(由5.93%提高到70.80%),认为外源DNA导入具有双重作用的提法有合理性,生物诱变包含返祖和突变两个方面。同时推断改良浸胚法的本质是外源DNA渗入“受体”的“累加”效应,基因转移和突变共同构成分子育种空前的“创造力”。
Two methods of' seed soaking in exogenous DNA' were used to introduce maize DNA into barley(Xiang Pi No.1)and the results were :1)The frequency of modifica-tionai variation was raised from 5.93%to 70. 80%by the improved method of seed soaking in exogenous DNA.2 ) Formulation about double functions of exogenous DNA introduction was roughly proved and further suggested that exogenous DNA induced variation include atavism and mutation. 3)New barley materials with dwalfness,big ear and high seed setting percentage had been breeded out. Functional mechanism of the improved method of exoge-nous DNA introduction was also disoussed in this report.
